ASILIMITED’s role has expanded over the past few years to provide more turn key services for our customers to include design assistance, cost control and scheduling. This has become a major focus on many of our projects, we work with the Design Group/owner to provide the highest quality product and design for a fair value to the project, thus allowing single source responsibility and streamlining projects. Example- scope of work: 1. Weekly design assist meetings or as needed 2. Budget control-timely cost estimates 3. Systems design-multiple 4. Engineer all die drawings 5. Stamped Engineered calculations for embeds and all mock-ups 6. Internal Curtain wall consultant 7. Design (1) performance test mock-ups 8. Engineering of all embeds 9. Engineered embed shop drawings 10. Furnish all embeds as required by systems 11. Design assist with development of CD drawings 12. Furnish mock-ups No lab included 13. Necessary equipment 14. Travel and subsistence Once a budget is set, we become responsible for the budget. We will work closely with the design team to value engineer each application. These items will be evaluated for schedule, aesthetics and constructability. In all cases, our goal will be to reduce cost without compromising design. ASILIMITED'S Engineering Department is staffed with veterans of the industry, each with a minimum of 10 years relative experience. We take pride in our ability to help bring projects to a successful conclusion, by assisting our customers with their preliminary design, while supporting our project management team throughout the project. The shop drawing process at ASILIMITED is based on the concept of "the total package". By keeping the entire enclosure process in one submission by area we are assured of a complete understanding of each projects' requirements, allowing us to provide timely submittals and quick reactions to any changes. By maintaining control of this process from start to finish, we are less reliant upon outside vendors than many other suppliers, which ultimately, provides our customers the absolute best service available, often at significantly lower costs.
