| Performance Mock-Up for JW Marriott Project Completed |

| Performance Mock-Up passes on 2/12/09 |
The JW Marriott Performance Mock-Up has passed all tests. Thermal testing was run and successful results were achieved on 2/6/09. The final structural "proof" load test and concentrated load test were completed successfully on 2/7/09. On 2/12/09 ASI Limited received the letter from the Lab that the system had passed all phases of testing. The formal report will be published in the next couple weeks.
