Unit assemblies are scheduled to start the week of 3/16 and then glazing units start installation at the end of March on-site. On-site concrete pours are progressing on the 3rd to 5th floors. The shear wall on the West elevation continues to be approximately 1-1/2 floors above the slab pours, with the clip layout and installation already beginning on-site as well.
JW Marriott is 300,000 square feet of custom unitized curtain wall project. This custom wall will clad the 37 story complex with alternating stainless steel fins. Work has begun on-site and is scheduled for completion in March 2010.
