Manufacturing Procedures:
1. The façade elements for project manufacturing are in accordance with the ASI Limited’s factory QA procedures.
2. From the design stage each façade unit will be given a unique ID number that follows it throughout the design fabrication and installation process.
3. The principle of these procedures is a project specific route card checklist, and the panel fabrication drawings which call for all components for a specific, uniquely numerically referenced façade panel. At each stage of the manufacture of a façade panel, for example frame assembly or glazing, compliance to the laid down procedures and unique fabrication drawings is recorded on the check sheet.
4. At the end of the production line, the complete panel is accompanied by a completed check sheet confirming adherence to manufacturing quality parameters. Only then can the panel taken be loaded and entered on the dispatch note which then becomes a certificate of conformance.
