ASILIMITED has developed an alliance with with PGT Industries, a major public aluminum window manufacturer to provide additional capacity to the US market in the custom unitized market. This partnership will provide additional support for us on our current work as well as provide the additional capacity that our US market needs in 2nd Quarter 2008 and beyond. They will be manufacturing product along with us in mid December 2007.
In unison, we are developing relationships with regional façade contractors to provide more resources to this industry as well. We anticipate being a turn-key design/development material supplier or on selected projects a complete enclosure package solution.
We would appreciate consideration on any major projects in the foreseeable future that fit within our joint capabilities. We are confident that this partnership will provide a viable team and/or material option on design build unitized facades.
