ASILIMITED was incorporated in 1989 with the intent of being a full service Glazing Contractor. Customer satisfaction was to be the primary focus of all decisions and operating strategies. The glazing industry had evolved into a complicated engineered field. Lead times for high performance glass and aluminum extrusions had lengthened. These lead times drastically affect a building's completion schedule. It was our intent to solve this dilemma.
Design/build and fast-track construction had required earlier start dates than the industry had previously required. Manufacturer's lead times could no longer keep pace with the industry. Our plan was to be the "solution" and not continue to be the "problem". Taking control of initial tasks was key to our overall success. Our capability to prepare engineered shop drawings and fabricate material in-house alleviated (2) major obstacles. Making instant changes no longer impact building schedules. We address these changes as they occur so that the schedule will not be impacted.
Late in the year of 2001, due to our continued growth, we decided our firm could be of service in a larger geographic area to a wider range of Owners, Developers, Architects, and Contractors by offering our services as a ” Building Enclosure Specialist”. We would take responsibility of enclosing a building’s exterior, from Curtain walls, Windows, Metal Panels, Doors, and Roofing.
With that goal in mind we reorganized our company around our Core Group and formed a new group called Special Projects Group. These two groups are independent of each other and allow the company to service projects through out a larger geographic area. The Core Group will continue to concentrate on our existing customers and work closely within our local market.
ASILIMITED will continue to be a leader in the Building Enclosure Industry because of our expertise and an ability to adapt to an ever-changing industry. We have exemplified this over the last decade with our commitment to customer satisfaction.
