Project Inception:
During the project’s inception, ASILIMITED can provide early budgets based upon design development drawings. This is a vital tool for the owner/developer to evaluate for budget purposes. We can provide ongoing value engineering to keep the process on a fast-track. It is critical that the owner/developer have confidence in these budgets.
Project Estimate:
A budget is only as good as the actual estimate. We pride ourselves on meeting or exceeding our initial budgets. We understand the importance that the initial budget has on the overall project. Our credibility on delivering accurate budgets allows us the opportunity for repeat business and long term relationships.
Contract Award:
After the contract is awarded, ASILIMITED will assign a full time project manager and superintendent to your specific project. With the diverse complexities of projects that we have completed, our decisions in the field as well as the office will be based on "real" experience. These timely decisions will allow a project to run smoothly even when constructability issues arise. All of our project managers and superintendents have had continued education on customer service.
Project Close-out:
It is important to meet or exceed established schedules. Time is money. We strive to complete projects ahead of schedule. To achieve this, we continually act in a proactive manner. We will not allow "constructability issues" to stand in our way. We meet these challenges head-on and move forward.
