| SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT LEADER IN CONSTRUCTION FIELD ASI Limited is a leader in the Building Enclosure Industry. The Senior Superintendent will be an integral part of the ASI Limited organization where people make all the difference. Qualifications: Ability to travel and reside at project until completion. Unitized Curtainwall installation experience. 5-10 years of experience managing 5M plus project value. Experience managing a crew of 20-30 workers. Must possess Layout experience. Knowledgeable with PLS equipment and Total Station. Rigging experience Manage between the office and field. Must be able to monitor quality, control and efficiencies in the field. OSHA trained; 10-30 Hours. Experience in quality management/quality control processes. High Rise building experience preferred. Must be budget driven and set installation goals for individual project, working closely with management and meet or beat the budgeted labor hours/dollars. Superior communication skills with management, onsite personnel and customers. Leadership Accountability Accountable for job site safety, quality assurance, and assisting with the Project schedule. Organization and tracking of all the quality control and logistic documents. Daily paperwork including but not limited to daily reports, site inspection reports, and time sheets. Responsible for the everyday activities jobsite during construction. Ensure that the subcontractors follow the required standards defined by the contract documents. Ensure the project schedule is followed according to plan. Assist the Project Manager with the weekly and monthly meetings. Coordinate with Project Manager and implement solutions to the challenges during construction. Demonstrated leader in safety.
